Nasolean with HA – Saline Nasal spray

An important function of the nose is to purify the inhaled air. The integrity of the mucus membrane is considered a major physiological defense mechanism against infections. ‘Dry nose’ ‘Rhinitis Sicca’ and ‘Atrophic Rhinitis’ are alternative terms for an equivocally defined disease state. Symptoms range from a feeling of a dry nose to burning sensation, itching, and nasal obstruction, up to visible crusting of the nose, epistaxis, diminished sense of smell and a foetid-smelling nasal discharge.

Nasolean Nasal spray is a saline (isotonic) solution with Sodium Hyaluronate used to:

  • Remove the disease burden (Bacteria), promote cleansing of the nasal cavities, enhance wound healing, and reduce oedema and nasal discharge.
  • Improve the removal of crusts, mucosal stability, lubrication, water homeostasis, and mucociliary clearance.
  • Promote anti-inflammatory modifications in cell behavior.
  • Improve post-operative symptoms in patients undergoing functional endoscopic sinus surgery.

 

Direction of use:

  • Shake well before each use. Apply 2 sprays in each nostril 2-3 times a day.
  • Use every day for best results.
  • Once symptoms are controlled, reduce to 2 sprays into each nostril once a day.
  • Use as directed by your physician.

 

Packaging:

Saline solution in Spray bottle 20 ml.
