First-Ointment
It was clear and accepted that the wounds and burns leave pigmentation and scar on the skin after its recovery, so new generated  tissues differ in physiological composition from tissues that have been lost as a result of wounds or burns. And dry method (the old way) is the major factor in the formation of these scars.
But the modern way (the wet way) prevented that being provide a moist environment allow vital conditions to stimulate natural healing for tissues where there was no life in dry conditions. This makes product True heal works through the process of inflammation as analgesic for pain and liquidation agent to dead tissues to enhance debridement,  and during the process of regenerating cells as moisturizer & nutritional agent  to the affected areas,& in remodeling process to act as cosmetic effect by reducing scar formation,  Unlike previous formulations that only works as an antibiotic.

First-Ointment works:
1 –provide an optimum physiological moisture necessary for regeneration and repair.
2 – Relieve pain and swelling.
3 –create an unfavorable environment for bacterial and fungal colonization.
4 – Reduce the loss of body fluids from injured areas.
5 – Provide a good environment for gaseous exchange.
6 – Provide a nutrition environment to expedite healing.
7 – Absorb residual heat in the injured areas.

8-Expediting epithelialization to minimize scar formation.

Indications:
1 – use for treatment of first & second -degree burns.

2-used for the preparation of grafting as cleaning agent  of dead tissue in cases of third-degree wounds and plastic surgery.
3 – Daily wounds and surgical wounds, including obstetrical wounds because it serves to reduce the scar, this is desirable in women.
4 – Chronic wounds including diabetic foot and bed sores.
5 – Cracked nipple.

How to use:
1 – Burns: First-Ointment used in first-degree burns and the second, ointment applied with a 1-3 mm thick layer 2-3 times daily to ensure wetting the affected area ,if necessary should be applied ointment more than that. In the case of the use of medical gauze, a sterile gauze should be impregnated with First-Ointment once a day.
In third-degree burns, used to Liquefaction of necrotic tissues and provide a moist& nutritious environment to prepare the patient for the grafting.
2 – Chronic wounds: After the cleaning process and surgical removal of dead tissue and festering applied First-Ointment twice a day so that it fills the affected area, with the use of intravenous or oral antibiotics.
3 – Daily wounds: placed First-Ointment 3 times a day on the wounds so that the wound remains moist length of treatment.
4 – Surgical wound: applied First-Ointment in layer with of 3-4 mm thickness and moisturizes gauze with First-Ointment and placed on the wound area and opens and replaces after 5 days.
5 – Cracking of the nipple: Apply First-Ointment on cracked nipple 5 times a day with a thin layer and there is no need to wash the nipple when breastfeeding a child, the product is safe and edible.
